How to get rid of white patches after guttate psoriasis?

I have finally just got over a 5 month spell of guttate psoriasis from having tonsillitis, I am happy its gone however I am still covering up all the time because now look basically like a dalmation, i used sunbeds to clear it and wondered if i continued they would tan or is there something to use?

What is the recurrence rate of psoriasis ?

How can I find a doctor that will help me cure my psoriasis if I don’t have health insurance?
