If you have psoriasis, have you ever worked in the food industry?

I have been looking for a job and the places that seem to be hiring the most are restaurants (servers). I have always been reluctant to apply because I wasn't sure if there is any sort of health and food issue dealing with psoriasis. I'm just curious to the reactions you have gotten (so people can be so very ignorant) and how hard or easy it was getting a job.

How to get rid of scars from psoriasis?
