What sort of concealer or foundation should someone with psoriasis use?

I have had psoriasis for a few years now. I get it on my face which is hard to disguise. I just need something to take the redness down and not dry my skin out. I feel very self concious about it, so any help will be greatly appreciated.

Does anyone know a way to treat psoriasis?

Is it possible to have both eczema and psoriasis?

What do you use if your psoriasis is all over your entire body?

I am all stressed out about everything and about my psoriasis. I am starting to look like one giant scab and I can't take it anymore. I work in public and have thought of quitting because of this condition.
